Western Sports Apparel & Promotion Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing Western Sports Apparel & Promotions. Before production begins on your order, we require a 50% deposit. The deposit will be applied to your account and deducted from your remaining balance when production is completed. When your order has been completed, you will be contacted by your sales associate via email. The email will include the remaining balance on your order and the proper steps on how payment can be made. Your order must be paid in full before it leaves our facility.

Heat Press vs Silk Screen
Heat Press:
A heat press is a machine engineered to imprint a design or graphic on a substrate, such as a t-shirt, with the application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time. Common transfer types are Heat Transfer Vinyl cut with a Vinyl Cutter.
Silk Screen:
A stencil method of printmaking in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. Also called screen-printing, silk-screen process.
Do You Offer Sizing kit’s?
Yes, sizing kits can be provided and are due with 48-72 hours after pick up.
**Please talk to your sales associate for any exceptions**
Please note: The sizing kits that we lend out are pre-counted and gone through before they are picked up. It is your responsibility that you make sure everything is put back in the sizing kit. If any items are missing, you are responsible, and the value of the missing item(s) will be added to your final bill.

Do We Heat Press/Embroider outside items?
Yes, However the garment needs to washed before we do any work on outside clothing.
**Please note: We are not responsible for any damaged items during the production process
